Cassara Systems Policies


If you are buying a CSI Web Portal (Web Site with Features and Options):
  1. Cassara Systems will use the images and text you provide and will build your 5 page site with the five page options you have selected (send us an email providing a document which specifies which images go on which pages and any particular background color you wish).  We will set up your web site one time, then you can change and maintain it with your FREE WSIWYG editor, which allows uploads, normal Word functionality and access to the HTML source it creates.

  2. All sites will be set at 800 X 600, so all computers (your customers) can see the entire page without scrolling.

  3. If you specify a particular text font, color and size, Cassara Systems will use it if we have it, otherwise, all text will be in Arial. 
    4. If the viewing PC does not have the font you request, it will change it to what their default is, so Cassara Systems suggests you stick with Arial or Verdana to ensure viewing consistency.

  4. Cassara Systems can make graphics with your text in any font you choose (provided we have it - we have most). 
    Note: you loose the SEO value with images and Flash designs as opposed to text (search engines can only read text, not images).

  5. We guarantee that the site will be functional and match your original specifications and that we can make any modifications that you want from your original contract at the programming rate specified in your contract.

    7. The more information and specifications that Cassara Systems, Inc. is provided to develop your Web Portal, the more closely we can match your vision and turn it into the site you envisioned and the less it will cost you.
     
  7. We do not provide refunds once programming has been implemented and costs have been incurred at your request, however, we will work with you to provide what is required in your contract.  We want satisfied customers. 
     
  8. You may not resale any SEO/SEM (internet marketing) information that you learn from us without our explicit permission.
     
  9. You may cancel any hosting or SEO/SEM contract after one year with 30 days notice.
     

  10. We do not provide e-Commerce sites without an Internet Marketing plan of your choice, starting at $300/mo.  This is because we have seen too many small businesses fail and we can make sure you have the best chance of success with our internet marketing.
